Stywax AWM
is a cook up food-grade modified
waxy maize starch (E1422) for food applications
requiring:

freeze-thaw stability,
¥
smooth, non-gelling glossy pastes, and
¥
tolerance for acidity, heat and shear.
Suitable in applications down to a pH of 4.0 in products
such as sauces, frozen foods, canned foods, gravies,
dairy desserts and custards.
