Stywax AWH
is a food grade modified waxy maize
starch (E1422) for food applications requiring:

freeze-thaw stability,
¥
smooth, non-gelling glossy pastes, and
¥
tolerance for acidity, heat and shear.
Suitable in applications down to a pH of 2.5 in products
such as sauces, frozen foods, canned foods, dairy
desserts and mayonnaise.
